When I first arrived in this area in 1989, I began a new career working for a technical school. After many years in that career field, I made a life changing decision to sell Real Estate. I will prepare a current market analysis of your home before listing and continuously provide you with first hand knowledge of recent sales in your neighborhood and current listings. I will use all marketing avenues available to me to ghee your home in front of as many potential buyers across the country as possible. Buyer and agent feedback will be provided following showings and we will discuss where we are receiving the most views through use of social media and possible new strategies to get your home SOLD!
